Etiquettes of Learning

Why should we seek Islamic knowledge?
Our beloved Messenger Muḥammad ﷺ said, “The seeking of knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim.” – Sunan Ibn Majah

What knowledge must we seek?
We have been created to worship Allah, so we must learn how to do that.

How do we learn how to worship Allah?
By understanding and following the Qur’an and Sunnah.

How do we learn the sacred knowledge from the Qur’an and Sunnah?
Seek the knowledge through educated teachers of this knowledge so that we may be guided with the correct understanding of what Allah has revealed through the Qur’an and Sunnah.

We at Ilm Kids aim to provide free worksheets to supplement guided lessons and support parents, carers and teachers to facilitate young people’s learning.

To be able to receive and retain this great knowledge, we must instil etiquettes that are pleasing to Allah.
